2026-27 Fall Season Fees

The fees below reflect the base season cost for each Loudoun Knights team for the 2026–27 fall/winter season. Season fees are designed to cover the core costs required to operate a team and deliver consistent on-ice and off-ice development throughout the season.

What season fees include

Season fees include:

Practice ice and game ice
League registration costs (as listed by team)
Any team off-ice conditioning/training included in the team’s weekly plan (as listed by team)

What season fees do not include

Season fees do not include team assessment fees or uniform costs. Team assessment fees typically cover items such as:

Showcases and tournaments
Additional team activities (team dinners, special events, extra experiences, etc.)

Most teams plan for 2 tournaments and 2 showcases per season. 8U and 18U teams will not have showcases and may do 3 tournaments. This decision is up to the Head Coach and Team Manager. Team assessment fees are set after teams are selected and are determined by the Head Coach and Team Manager.

Practice frequency, skills sessions, and off-ice training reflect the standard team development plan for each level.
Practice schedule will be set once teams are finalized after tryouts
League participation is listed per level and may be subject to league placement/approval where applicable.
Team assessment fees vary by team based on each schedule’s showcases/tournaments and planned team experiences.

Fees by Age Group & Team Level

8U (Mites) - $2800

8U will play in the CBHL

Includes:

2 Practices/Week

10U (SQUIRTS) All Levels — $3,500

10U teams will play in the CBHL & EJEPL

Includes:

2 Practices/week

12U Girls — $3,950

12U Girls will play in the CBHL (coed division) & AGHF

2 practices per week
1 Weekly Sports Performance training session with TPH Academy Virginia.

12U UA — $3,950

12U UA will play in the CBHL & EJEP

2 practices per week
1 Weekly Sports Performance training session with TPH Academy Virginia.

12U AA — $4,550

12U AA will play in the CBHL & EJEPL

Includes:

2 practices per week
1 on-ice skills session per week
1 Weekly Sports Performance training session with TPH Academy Virginia.

14U Girls — $3,950

14U Girls will play in the CBHL & AGHF

Includes:

2 practices per week
1 Weekly Sports Performance training session with TPH Academy Virginia.

14U UA — $4,250

14U UA will play in the CBHL & EJEPL

2 practices per week
2 on-ice skills sessions per month
1 Weekly Sports Performance training session with TPH Academy Virginia.

14U AA — $4,550

14U AA will play in the CBHL & EJEP

2 practices per week
1 on-ice skills session per week

16U LA — $3,500

16U LA will play in the CBHL & EJEPL

Includes:

2 practices per week

16U UA — $4,250

16U AA — $4,550
