Compass Creek Classic Golf Tournament

The annual golf tournament is taking on a new and exciting form this year. Traditionally, both the Washington Little Capitals and the Loudoun Knights Hockey Club have hosted their own individual golf fundraisers. In 2025, the two organizations have decided to join forces, creating one signature event to benefit the entire hockey community at Ion: The Rink at Compass Creek.

This collaborative effort reflects the shared mission of both clubs: to develop young athletes, build stronger teams, and keep hockey thriving in Northern Virginia. By combining resources and community support, this year’s tournament will have an even greater impact, ensuring that proceeds directly support players and programs from both organizations.

Funds raised through the tournament will help cover essential costs such as ice time, tournament entry fees, uniforms, and equipment, while also supporting enhanced training opportunities, coaching development, and player scholarships.
